Description

Basic concepts of general system theory, key features of Business Systems and Information & Communication Systems. Processes, techniques, models and methods of analysis and design of information systems. Conceptual, organizational (logical) and physical models. Data collection techniques for mapping and analyzing a system. Basic techniques for representation and optimization of data, information flows, archiving systems, functions, procedures, organizational structure of systems and equipment configurations and network. Basic models and techniques of human-machine interaction, functional applications architecture, communication systems design, specified technologies information systems (distributed, multimedia systems, internet, etc.). Basic functions of a typical business system. Design principles for specific functions systems. Development phases, utilization modes of techniques, conducting studies, interventions and implementation of information systems.
Technical mapping and analysis of typical information subsystems (eg Lending Library, General Accounting, Commercial Management, Asset Management etc.).
