Description

In this course, the student will understand the impact of modern microelectronic industry on everyday life and will be familiar with the design and operation of basic integrated circuits. The content of the course includes the following: solid-state electronics, integrated circuits manufacturing technology, transistor analysis (field effect, bipolar), analog integrated circuits (MOS, CMOS, BiCMOS, ECL, etc.), ideal and nonideal operational amplifiers, application circuits of the operational amplifier, differential amplifiers, analog integrated circuit design techniques and circuit simulation platforms (SPICE).
